I am a licensed mental health therapist, life coach, parent educator, speaker, youth group leader, and parent.  I have worked with hundreds of teens, children, families, and adults over a 12 year span.  I have a special interest in educating parents and teens about the topic of sex and sexuality.  I also specialize in helping people  build great relationships, and create positive communication.
